These 3-strand ropes are ideal for diamond drilling operations. The 3-strand compacted design provides resistance to rotation while also providing a high strength/weight ratio. Compacting the rope also results in an exceptionally dense cross-section. This increases surface area, which improves rope contact with sheaves and drums, thereby providing greater resistance to surface wear and abrasion while reducing wear on sheaves.
