Union well measuring wire conforms in all cases to API-9A for diameter tolerance and torsion requirements. Other sizes are available upon request and lengths in excess of 25,000 feet are available.
Wire can be shipped on wood or metal reels as you require. Remember the shipping reel is not designed for use as a tensioning device. Using the reel in this manner may cause significant spooling problems. End users should follow API recommendations for transferring the wire from the shipping reel to the unit drum. Tension should be applied to the wire, not the reel.
